These are the modalities I have to offer for treatment at this time. All of them are beneficial for stress, pain relief, and muscle releases.
For Stress Relief, I would recommend a Swedish Massage Treatment. It incorporates stroking and circulating movements to help move fluid through the muscles to help with relaxation and muscle fiber adhesion. The pressure range can vary depending on how the tissue responds.
For Pain Relief, Trigger Point Therapy treatments would be very beneficial by gradually eliminating pain. Pressure ranges for stubborn Trigger Points. It takes time for the affected tissue to warm up and prepare for sustainable pressure followed by a release of some kind. It isn't required to use heavier pressure, but most of the time it is needed.
For Sports Massage, PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) along with some deeper Swedish techniques will assist your muscles by eliminating onset soreness, preventing tight muscles from workouts, reduce the probability of cramps pre-event and post event. The pressure for Sports Massage starts out from Medium to Firm pressure so the muscles can be manipulated and refreshed after treatment.
The rates for each modality for treatment starts at one basic rate and only increases based on the amount of time each session will be.
